Brookwood Band Sponsorship Challenge

   
These are tough times and budgets are tight, instead of asking you to open your wallets again, we are asking you as band parents and band supporters to help us look for sponsors.  There are sponsorship levels of support starting at just $50.  If every family could find one new sponsor for the band it would go a long way to ensuring our continued financial stability.

Our challenge to you is to ask your employers, family members, doctors, dentists, favorite restaurants, etc. if they would be willing to sponsor our band association.  You know the value of the band program, tell others and ask them to help.  A portion of the sponsorship is designated toward your students account to help cover band fees.  So, help your own budget while helping BBA.

Here is a proven method for success.

1. Download and Print out a few copies of the sponsorship application, keep them with you in your car, etc.
2. Mention you are student (or parent) in the Brookwood Band Program to your favorite local business.
3. Give them a copy of the application and let them know that their support is needed and appreciated.
4. Make sure you add your name to the bottom of the application (pg 3).  Your student account will receive 30% of each donation made with your name indicated (up to $300.00 per donor).
